Help is on the way for women in the Southeast Louisiana area who are having difficulty advancing their careers. Goodwill Industries® of Southeastern Louisiana, Inc., (Goodwill) is one of 45 Goodwill® agencies across the country to take part in an innovative program that provides job training and placement services to women.

Goodwill Industries® to Host Open House Feb. 27 to Showcase Workforce Development Services to Community Employers
Goodwill Industries® of Southeastern Louisiana, Inc., will host an Open House, 8 a.m. – 10 a.m., on February 27, at its Employment & Training Center, located at 3400 Tulane Avenue (corner of Tulane and Jefferson Davis Parkway). Refreshments will be served.
Employers and other community nonprofits are invited to tour the facility, participate in a free federal bonding and tax credit workshop, and learn about Goodwill’s employer-based services such as work readiness, technical and hospitality training programs, community based employment, corporate computer training classes and more.
